A Very Special Birthday!

Today is Ben's grandmother Nana Debs birthday!

Nana Debs- we wish we could be with you in person to give you a big hug, but know that we are thinking about you and sending you lots of love and wishes for a great day!  We'll give you that big hug at Easter!

To make up for not being able to see you in person, here are some pictures taken especially for you!

Friday Favorite!

Hi lovely readers!  It's FRIDAY!  Woohoo!  I thought I would start using Fridays to share some of my favorite baby things.  Don't worry, Ben pictures will be included! 

Today's Friday Favorite is the book that I got Ben for his 1 month birthday, This is Texas by Miroslav Sasek.  You can find it on Amazon, I mean really, what can't you find on Amazon?!  This book is a charming little classic that really lassos in all of the things this great state has to offer!

Life on the range seems to have worn this little cowboy out!

1 Month Old!

I cannot believe Benjamin is 1 month old!  He has been such a sweet baby and we are totally in love.  Sure, he can cry with the best of babies, but we can usually get him calmed down pretty quickly.  He really only cries when he's hungry...or needs to poop! =)  He's eating every 3 hours like a clock during the day.  At night, he has gone some 4 or 5 stretches which is really nice for Matt and I.  His favorite toy right now is the Kick and Play Piano, stay tuned for our Friday Favorites to learn more about the Kick and Play!  We love to watch his little personality develop and I think he is even starting to really smile, not just the "I have gas" smile! 

Being 1 month old means one very important thing around here- Monthly photo shoot!
