This cuteness is just too much!

Oh my sweet Thomas how you are just what our family needed!  You have made our days infinitely brighter with your infectious smile and easy going temperament.

10 Months!

"What's this Mama?"  Oh just your 10 MONTH sticker, sweet boy.

"Me?  10 Months?"  Yes, sweet boy, 10 whole months and I can't even believe it.

Well, here we are guys.  Double digits.  I am already starting to plan Thomas's first birthday and am wondering where the last 10 months have gone.  Gone are the days of late night nursing sessions when it was just me and my baby in the quiet of the night.  Gone are the days of nuzzling you in my chest in the still of the night.  But oh what fun we are having now.  Thomas is the happiest, most adventurous baby.  He is aware of everything and is so so curious.  He is cruising along anything and everything and is even standing on his own for a few minutes.  Talking.  Oh is Thomas talking.  He says Mama, Dada, Baba, and even a few of his friends names at school like Emma.  He babbles and babbles all day long and will scream at the top of his lungs to get our attention.  This mainly happens when he gets in the high chair because he wants his food and he wants it right then.  Thomas is a fantastic eater and we are trying new table foods everyday.  So far his favorites are macaroni and cheese, cheese, and bananas.  He is doing great with a sippy cup as well.  He loves puffs and really anything that he can chew on right now to make his teeth feel better.  He has 3 teeth, 2 on the bottom and 1 that just broke through on top.  Thomas takes 2 naps during the day, generally around 9 and 1 or 2 and goes down around 6:15 and wakes up around 6:15.  He is the sweetest baby and smiles at anyone and everyone.  He is so happy and no one can make him laugh harder than his big brother.  And oh does he loves his big brother.  It really is special to see the interaction between the two of them.  Thomas loves to play patty cake and will start giggling before you even tickle his belly.  He loves music and playing patty cake and peek a boo.  Thomas started clapping about 2 weeks ago and now he loves to clap and cheer for everything.  It is so cute.  He has started waving bye bye and says "buh bye."  It is the sweetest.  Thomas is the happiest, cuddliest, snuggliest, baby and I could just eat him up.  Happy 10 months sweet baby boy, we love you so so much.

9 Months!

On Saturday Thomas turned 9 months old!  The last 9 months have been some of the best and each day just gets better and better.  Thomas is constantly on the move now and much prefers to be on the floor crawling and moving around than in my arms.  He is the fastest crawler and can get anywhere he wants to go in no time and is already starting to pull up on the furniture.  I know he can't wait to be able to chase big brother around!  Thomas babbles and screams all day long and some of his favorite words are "da da," "ba ba," and my most favorite of all, "mama!"  That's right, Thomas has started to say "mama" and I am loving it!  Thomas is THE happiest baby and is never without a big sweet smile.  And he is the best cuddler.  He loves to snuggle up in your chest when you are holding him and gives the biggest kisses.  My little love bug.  A few of his favorite things right now are playing patty cake with Benjamin, his play table, and anything that he can bang around or put in his mouth.  Thomas is eating solid food 3 times a day and takes 4 bottles a day.  He continues to be a fantastic sleeper taking 2 naps a day, around 9 and 1, and going down for bed around 6:15.  The last 9 months have been nothing short of perfect and I don't see how life can get any better.

8 Months!

On Wednesday Thomas turned 8 months old!  Can you believe it?!  I can't!  Thomas is getting so big, so fast!  He is thiiiiis close to crawling, he has gone forward with 1 arm and leg and I know once he figures out that if he moves the others he can go somewhere he will be on the move in no time.  Thomas continues to be a fantastic eater!  He takes a bottle 4 times a day and is eating food twice a day, usually late morning and early afternoon.  So far he has like everything that he has had, although, I don't think that peas and carrots are super high on his list of favorites!  The other day Benjamin gave Thomas a big piece of strawberry and he was just gumming away on it and he loved it!  Thomas is babbling all day long and his favorite word right now is "dada."  I know it won't be long before I get to hear "mama."  He loves patty cake and it is so cute to watch him clap his hands and smile.  And smile he does!  Thomas is THE happiest baby with the biggest, cutest, smile.  And he is the best snuggler.  He gives me the biggest hugs and open mouth kisses in the afternoon when I pick him up from school and I just love it.  Thomas's other favorite is his big brother, Benjamin.  These two love to play together and it is just the cutest.  Benjamin is so sweet with "his baby" always giving him kisses and sharing his toys or reading him books.  It is seriously the cutest.  And I know Thomas can't wait to be on the move and keeping up with his big brother.

7 Months!

I can not believe that our sweet baby boy is already 7 months!  I don't even know where the time has gone.  But I do know that Thomas is the most cuddliest, sweetest, 7 month old ever.  He is babbling up a storm and says "da da da" all the time.  He has started to say "mmma" and I know he will be saying "ma ma" in no time.  Thomas is sitting up like a champ and has started to try to go from sitting up to his stomach and when he is on his stomach he just scoots wherever he needs to go.  He tries, tries, tries to get up on his knees and I know it won't be long before he is on the move.  Thomas loves to play with Benjamin the most and the interaction between them is just the sweetest.  Thomas will just start smiling and babbling at Benjamin and Benjamin loves to give Thomas kisses and hugs.  It absolutely melts my heart.  Thomas loves to play with toys on the floor but I think he enjoys playing with Benjamin the most.  He has 2 teeth on the bottom and chews on anything and everything these days.  Thomas is eating fruits and vegetables once a day still and we will be moving to twice a day this month.  Sleeping is getting better and better and we can now just lay him down in his crib drowsy and he will fall asleep after a few minutes.  Thomas has been taking a morning nap around 9, an afternoon nap around 1 and usually still takes a short late afternoon nap around 330 or 4 and is in bed at 6:00 and wakes up around 630.  I still rock him for a few minutes at night before laying him in his crib and he just loves to be sung to.  As soon as I start singing he just gets the biggest smile.  He is truly the happiest baby smiling all day long at anyone and everyone.  He is such a social baby and his teachers at school tell us he just smiles all day long.  The last 7 months have been truly amazing and each day gets better than the last.
