The boys (except Thomas, he stayed with me) had a big weekend of camping!
Matt, Benjamin, Popi and Pops went to Village Creek for a canoe/camp trip and Thomas and I stayed home and enjoyed a slow morning and spent the afternoon decorating for Christmas.
Meanwhile, back at home I was soaking up all the snuggles with my littlest love.
When the kids are away, the parents will play! We had a great little get away in New Orleans the weekend after Thanksgiving and the boys had a fun weekend with Nana and Pops!
Meanwhile back in Lafayette, the boys were enjoying lots of fun with Nana and Pops at the zoo!
After our bellies were full it was time for some fun and relaxation! We definitely were not shopping on Black Friday, rather we hit the water for some canoeing fun with friends!
We had the best Thanksgiving spent with family in Louisiana, so much so, that I didn't take one picture of the 4 of us! We loved getting to see so many family and friends. Matt scheduled a canoe trip for he my Benjamin and his friend Jon and his daughter Harper and they had an absolute blast! I love the picture of Benjamin and Harper, so happy to be canoeing together.
Peek-a-boo! I see you! Thomas loves to lay on his belly on the bed and it cracks me up. He will lay on his belly with his face in his hands and watch a movie, it is seriously the cutest!
We are back from an extended Thanksgiving Break and boy have we been up to a lot of fun stuff! I'm going to recap in order, so... before we headed to Louisiana for Thanksgiving we decked the halls a bit early and got into the Christmas spirit!
Frankenstein came to visit us from the North Pole and has been keeping us on our toes with his nightly reports to Santa at the North Pole!
Benjamin loved decorating the tree and opening the ornaments, Thomas loved playing with the Little People Nativity and all of the singing Christmas toys, and we cozyed up on the couch for our first Christmas movie of the season. Fa la la la la!
