Science Fair

Last week the boys had their annual science fair at school and it was awesome!  So many interactive activities for the kids and they loved seeing their friends after school. 

It was a fun evening full of lots of science fun, unfortunately it was way passed Thomas's bedtime so got to go through the rooms with Matt earlier in the evening.

School Days

The boys have officially started back to school although they haven't moved to their new classes for the school year,  they won't do that until school officially starts back on August 22nd, however,  they have been having lots of fun in their last few days in their current classrooms, First Steps for Thomas and Preschool 1 for Benjamin.

Friday we celebrated the end of the school year Hawaiin style with a luau at school.  

Ms. Chrissy and Ms. Eloisa made the classroom super festive with decorations and Hawaiin music. 

And leis for everyone!

It is almost summer time and we are so ready for no schedules and fun filled days!

 

National Walking Day

Last Wednesday the boys celebrated National Walking Day at school by walking a mile outside. Benjamin had a blast but I'm not sure I can say the same for Thomas. 

Ha! Thomas looks like he is pretty much over it!

Preschool 1

Benjamin officially moved up to Preshool 1 at school and he is loving all of the new and exciting things he is learning. The biggest difference in Preschool 1 and Get Set is now he has a daily math and science lesson which he is enjoying so much. Like I have always said, this guy is our little engineer, always building, creating, and questioning!

 

 

 
 
 

Christmas Program

Last week the boys had their Christmas program at school and it was adorable!  They sang the cutest Santa Clause song and they were so cute!

And Benjamin got to see Santa again! We didn't bring Thomas to see Santa again since he didn't care for him too much last time but we did make sure to tell Santa what is on Thomas's list!

Picture Day

Today is picture day at the boys school so I snapped a few pictures this morning before we left.

I sure hope the photographer is better than Mommy at posing these 2 silly boys!   

Of course, they are completely adorable regardless!

Back to School

School officially started last Monday and I am definitely missing the lazy days at home with my boys but also am very excited for the new school year. Benjamin moved up to the older 2's class 2 weeks ago and he is loving it! He is also with 2 of his best friends again, Evan and Sadique, who had moved up a week earlier than Benjamin, so he is excited to be with them again. 

And Thomas also started school 2 weeks ago. I wanted to start him a few weeks before I went back to work so that he could get adjusted and used to a new routine before I went back to work.

I think it's going to be a great school year for everyone!
